Troy Anderson
General Manager

IBA Dairy Depot
Raised in Wisconsin, Troy Anderson earned his B.S. in Mass Communications and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Troy has over 30 years of experience in the dairy industry, serving in various sales and managing capacities for Wells Enterprises (producer of Blue Bunny ice cream) in Wisconsin and New Mexico. In July 2020, Troy joined the IBA Dairy Depot team as Sales Manager and has played a pivotal role in meeting customer needs efficiently. Troy and his wife Teresa enjoy hot air ballooning in their free time.
Rudy Vanderwal
President
Rudy Vanderwal has over 25 years of experience in the dairy industry. Raised in northern Michigan, he grew up working on a dairy farm. Rudy earned his Associates in Dairy Management from Michigan State University before working alongside dairymen in northern Colorado. Rudy established IBA Dairy Depot in 2001. Steady growth and a need for quality service prompted Rudy and his team to establish Advanced Dairy Service in 2008. Since then, Rudy has enjoyed serving his customers and employees as the industry continues to evolve. Rudy and his wife Stacie enjoy outdoor activities with their family, including stock car racing on the weekends.

Rick Krehbiel
HR Manager
Born and raised in the wheat fields of Western Kansas, Rick graduated with honors from Fort Hays State University with a BS in Business Administration, and a BA in Music performance. An unexpected opportunity in retail management led to a career of more than 25 years in executive business leadership. Rick joined the IBA Dairy Depot team in Jan 2023 and is honored to help lead the Company in the role of HR Manager. “I am blessed beyond measure to be part of a like-minded Senior Management Team committed to a company founded on the Core Values of Honesty, Integrity, Quality, and Professionalism, with emphasis on Valuing People.” With his bride of 25+ years by his side, Rick enjoys time with their six children and granddaughter. His love of nature and passion for photography is shared by his family resulting in many memorable adventures. Outdoor activities and their kids’ school events make up the majority of his leisure time.

Our History
2001: Dairy Depot is born
RUDVAN, Inc. dba IBA Dairy Depot (IBA) was incorporated on January 10, 2001 in LaSalle, Colorado as an authorized distributor for IBA, Inc., a privately-held dairy supply company headquartered in Massachusetts.
2006: move to Evans facility
Outgrowing our original warehouse in LaSalle, we built a brand-new custom facility in Evans, where we expanded our product mix and customer base.
2008: Advanced Dairy Service is born
In response to local demand for more dairy service options, Advanced Dairy Service, Inc. (ADS) was incorporated on February 15, 2008. ADS began servicing dairies across the Front Range, providing regular maintenance, on-call repairs, and equipment installations.
2020: recast vision
2021: new horizons
As we exited the pandemic era, we began partnerships with new vendors, including Boumatic and Dixon. We sent our first email newsletter to customers in April and launched our official website in June of 2021.
2022-present: Expansion to Kansas
In April 2022, we officially launched a brand-new division in Garden City, Kansas! Steve Hall joined our team as General Manger for the new division. Since then, we have begun providing full supply and service to dairies across Western Kansas.
