BILLING CLERK

The role of Billing Coordinator plays directly into our ability to deliver on this mission of sales and service. You are responsible for supporting the Service and Administrative Teams by providing administrative and logistical support in the billing process. You will report to the Service Coordinator.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Abide by our principles of Honesty, Integrity, Quality and Professionalism

  • Administer and complete service invoice process in FieldEdge and QuickBooks by checking dates/parts/items for administrative accuracy.

  • Follow up with Service Techs daily to ensure completion of all Work Orders in FieldEdge.

  • Work with Parts Manager and Parts Assistant daily to account for proper invoicing of parts checked out by Service Techs

  • Verify and enter Service Tech times into timesheets daily.

  • Backup the Service Coordinator as needed.

  • Assists with “Hot-Shot” deliveries and parts runs to dairies and service techs as needed.

  • Additional projects for the company on an as-needed basis

  • Hours generally 7:30 to 5:00 Monday – Friday

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic to intermediate computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel)

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.

  • Highly motivated and independent self-starter.
