ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Live out our Core Values of Honesty, Integrity, Quality and Professionalism

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry specific equipment

  • Service, install, repair and maintain dairy equipment

  • Develop proficiency in and advance your dairy knowledge

  • Grow your skill level with ongoing training to maintain proficiency

  • Build relationships with Dairy owners and employees

  • Provide maintenance audit and service to customers.

  • Maintain the service vehicle that you are driving.

  • Complete service invoices daily.

  • Provide support and training to new team members as needed to accelerate their skills
    of dairy service

  • On call nights and weekends 1 week out of 3-4 (TBD)

  • Maintain and organize inventory in your vehicle
