ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Live out our Core Values of Honesty, Integrity, Quality and Professionalism

Develop and maintain knowledge of industry specific equipment

Service, install, repair and maintain dairy equipment

Develop proficiency in and advance your dairy knowledge

Grow your skill level with ongoing training to maintain proficiency

Build relationships with Dairy owners and employees
-
Provide maintenance audit and service to customers.

Maintain the service vehicle that you are driving.

Complete service invoices daily.

Provide support and training to new team members as needed to accelerate their skills
of dairy service -
On call nights and weekends 1 week out of 3-4 (TBD)

Maintain and organize inventory in your vehicle
