Please join us in welcoming Steve Hall back to the IBA/ADS family! Steve has accepted the position of General Manager – Kansas, effective 5/27/25. He will be responsible for:

1. Exemplifying our Core Values of: Honesty, Integrity, Quality, and Professionalism in all aspects of our business.

2. Cultivating our Core Values and Mission of Valuing People in humble service to our Sales and Service Teams and ultimately to our customers.

3. Lead and manage his team by providing direction with prioritization, and guidance in problem-solving issues on the dairies.

A little about Steve…

1. Steve was our original General Manager in Kansas from January of 2022 until August of 2024

A few fun facts about Steve…

1. Before joining IBA/ADS, Steve worked for Blue Bunny Ice Cream for over 20 years

2. Steve and his wife decorate outside wayyyyyy too much for the holidays

3. Steve sits on the board of a non-profit organization that places headstones on unmarked graves.
